Google Beam 3D videoconferencing goes on sale on HP Dimension

Google has made Google Beam, its 3D videoconferencing software, generally available on HP's Dimension hardware. The system costs around $25,000 per unit and launches in six countries: the US, Canada, UK, France, Germany and Japan.
