openKylin 3.0 launches as an "AI first" Linux desktop

openKylin 3.0 is out, bringing Linux kernel 7.0 and UKUI 4.24 to the Chinese open source distro. It ships with the KylinBot AI agent framework and Xiao K assistant that control Bluetooth, networking, brightness and peripherals via voice or text. The ISO exceeds 7 GB due to bundled AI models.
