Ubuntu opens early access to Myna AI dictation

Canonical has published the Myna orchestrator snap and speech-recognition models Whisper and Parakeet to the Snap Store, with Myna Settings available via a PPA. The local, offline dictation tool runs on Ubuntu 26.04 LTS and 26.10, needs 1–2 GB of disk space and is triggered by a hotkey.
