REGENT's Viceroy Seaglider completes first crewed flight

Rhode Island startup REGENT flew its Viceroy Seaglider prototype with a crew for the first time, lifting about 33 feet above Narragansett Bay for roughly 30 seconds and covering 1,956 feet. The planned production craft is designed to carry 12 passengers at up to 180 mph or 3,500 pounds of cargo.
