Starship preps for first orbital flight as Ship 41 and Booster 21 stack

SpaceX has stacked Ship 41 and Booster 21 at the launch site and plans a Wet Dress Rehearsal no earlier than Sept. 24 ahead of Starship's first orbital flight attempt. The launch window runs Sept. 28 to Oct. 4, but the FAA has not yet issued a revised license allowing Pacific Ocean landings.
