ESA's JUICE probe makes third Earth flyby on September 28

ESA's JUICE spacecraft will pass within 8,640 km of Earth on September 28, gaining about 3.5 km/s from a gravity assist without using fuel. The encounter bends its trajectory by roughly 20 degrees, setting up a Jupiter arrival in July 2031 after a final Earth flyby in January 2029.
