CoolIT: racks above 250 kW need near-total liquid cooling

CoolIT says hybrid 70/30 liquid-air cooling breaks down above 250 kW per rack, where the remaining 30% air load equals 75 kW and requires costly parallel air infrastructure. The company proposes near-total heat capture by liquid, cutting air load below 1% and enabling fully fanless servers. CoolIT models full heat capture as the standard for flagship rack-scale products up to 1 MW through 2028.
