Google Business Profile Adds Collected Info Controls for Assistant Data

Google is rolling out a Collected Info tab in Google Business Profile dashboards, letting eligible owners see what its automated assistant gathered about their company, including source and collection date, and delete individual entries. Data may come from calls, texts, WhatsApp, public sources and user contributions. Deleting an entry does not necessarily reverse changes already applied to the public listing.
