Discord rolls out global age checks with automatic age-group sorting

Discord has begun rolling out its delayed global age-assurance system, automatically sorting users into Adult (18+), Teen (13–17) and Unconfirmed groups. The company says over 90% of users won't be asked to confirm their age manually. New verification options include credit card, Apple App Store, Google Play, Google Wallet, AgeKey, video selfie and ID scan.
