Samsung struggles with wider One UI 9 rollout outside Korea

Stable One UI 9 began rolling out to the Galaxy S26 series in South Korea on September 16, but nearly a week later it has yet to reach a single device outside the country. Samsung pushed its Thailand date from September 21 to September 28 and then removed the specific date, saying only that the update will arrive in September.
