Philippines gives Discord, Reddit 24 hours to open local offices

The Philippines' CICC has ordered Discord and Reddit to establish a presence in the country within 24 hours after a third school shooting in a few months. The platforms must also submit written explanations and plans covering safety standards, rapid response and age verification.
