Korea Zinc's Crucible clears key U.S. environmental permit step

The U.S. Department of War completed the final environmental impact assessment for Korea Zinc's $7.4 billion Crucible smelter in Tennessee, issuing a finding of no significant impact. The project is the first led by a South Korean company to be designated under the FAST-41 fast-track permitting program.
