Prospect union strikes deal with Meta to access 5,000 UK staff

Meta has signed its first formal access agreement with the Prospect union, giving it access to around 5,000 UK employees to discuss union membership and recruit members. The voluntary deal comes ahead of the Trade Union Right of Access taking effect in October under the Employment Rights Act 2025.
