Meta challenges Ofcom's OSA categorization of WhatsApp and Instagram

Meta filed a complaint against UK regulator Ofcom's decision to categorize WhatsApp and Instagram as services with additional requirements under the Online Safety Act (OSA). Roblox and Quora also filed similar challenges to their categorization. The proceedings could delay the law's implementation.
