DeepSeek Harness pre-release lets main agent hand off tasks to local Codex and Claude Code

DeepSeek published Harness v0.2.2-alpha.2 with an experimental subagent_oar plugin that lets the main agent dispatch a self-contained task to a local Codex CLI or Claude Code install and get the final answer back by task ID. Tasks are one-shot, with no session resume or live progress, and the external agents keep their own sign-in and models.
