DeepSeek Harness v0.2.1-rc1 adds custom plugin indexes and minimal mode

DeepSeek released DeepSeek Harness v0.2.1-rc1, the first release candidate of the 0.2.1 series for its open-source agent runtime. It adds plugin installation from custom index sources, dependency syncing on plugin updates, an experimental session state interface and a /compact command for manual context compression. A model entry labeled deepseek-v4.1-flash-1017 briefly appeared in DeepSeek's API list before removal.
