GitLab Orbit goes GA: one context graph for the whole codebase

GitLab released Orbit into general availability — a context graph that links code, merge requests, work items, pipelines and vulnerabilities into a single continuously updated view for AI agents and engineers. It is available for Premium and Ultimate customers on GitLab.com starting 29 October 2026, with Self-Managed and Dedicated to follow in the coming weeks. GitLab claims up to 45x fewer hallucinations and up to 4.5x fewer tokens based on its own testing.
