Graphify: open-source tool turns codebases into knowledge graphs for AI agents

Graphify, an open-source project under MIT and Apache-2.0 licenses launched in April 2026, converts code, docs and unstructured data into multimodal knowledge graphs for AI coding workflows. It uses tree-sitter parsing and MCP servers, reporting LOCOMO recall@10 of 0.497 and an ERPNext key-fact coverage lift from 70.8% to 82.0%.
