D.R. Horton taps Promise Robotics to build 1,250 homes in Arizona
D.R. Horton, the largest U.S. homebuilder by volume, signed a multi-year deal with Promise Robotics to use its robotic factories for framing more than 1,250 homes. All the homes will be built in metro Phoenix, where that equals over half a year of the builder's local closings; financial terms were not disclosed.

- 1,250 homes is about 1.5% of D.R. Horton's 84,863 closings in fiscal 2025

- The platform has run in Calgary since September 2025 with Mattamy Homes
