Telesat delays Lightspeed service entry to mid-2028

Telesat pushed full Lightspeed service entry to the end of Q2 2028, citing a tight launch market. Two test satellites will ride a third-party Falcon 9 in June 2027, while Canadian Arctic military service stays on track for Q1 2028.
