New Relic brings telemetry into GitHub Copilot

New Relic launched GitHub Copilot integrations: Change Tracking links AI-generated code deployments to production performance, Autopilot connects to GitHub MCP Server, and Preflight shows token usage and latency in the IDE. Change Tracking is in public preview; the other two are generally available.
