openEuler 24.03 LTS SP4 and 26.09 bring AI agents and new kernels

openEuler shipped 24.03 LTS SP4 in July 2026 and the 26.09 innovation release on October 1. SP4 adds AI diagnosis and tuning agents via the Witty framework, sched_ext and FUSE over io_uring; 26.09 brings Linux 6.18 for DevStation, the epkg package manager and the PolyMind agent platform.

• SP4 stays on Linux 6.6 but backports sched_ext from Linux 6.12
• Witty supports local models and OpenAI-compatible APIs
• 26.09 DevStation runs Linux 6.18 and the epkg package manager
• AgentCensor logs AI agent tool calls and can block them
