Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI now export usage via OpenTelemetry

Between 13 and 15 October, Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI each shipped updates adding standard OpenTelemetry export, and the Claude Platform added OTel export for its API in beta. A single local collector can now gather usage data from all three tools into one cost ledger.
