Windows 11 Cloud Rebuild reinstalls the PC without a USB drive

Microsoft added Cloud Rebuild to Windows 11, a recovery option that reinstalls the OS using a Windows image and device drivers downloaded from Windows Update, with no USB media or custom image required. It works even when Windows cannot boot and is available through the optional KB5127936 update.
