Kyivstar acquires Ukrainian cloud provider GigaCloud for $50M

Ukrainian telco Kyivstar is acquiring cloud provider GigaCloud for $50 million. The deal closed after Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee approved it in July; GigaCloud will operate as a separate business unit retaining its brand and management team.

• Deal price is $41M plus up to $4M deferred debt and $3M in performance payments
• GigaCloud serves more than 1,800 enterprise customers
• GigaCloud posted $14M revenue and $4.7M EBITDA in 2025
• GigaCenter's Kyiv data center was destroyed by Russian strikes
