MMDesign report: 18 of 19 de novo design projects yielded lab-confirmed binders

MoleculeMind published a technical report on MMDesign, its AI platform for de novo protein design: 18 of 19 projects produced at least one lab-confirmed binder (94.7% project success rate). Of 453 tested candidates, 139 were confirmed binders (30.7%), including hits for all six GPCR targets.
