SITA to acquire CAE's Flightscape for $500M

SITA has agreed to buy CAE's Flightscape airline operations software business for $500 million. Flightscape's flight planning, crew and operations control tools are used by more than 90 airlines, extending SITA's string of aviation tech acquisitions.
