AMD releases FSR SDK 2.4 with FSR Upscaling 4.1.2 and Vulkan support

AMD has released FSR SDK 2.4, bringing ML-based FSR Upscaling 4.1.2 to older Radeon RX 6000 GPUs and Ryzen APUs, plus Vulkan support for upscaling and frame generation at parity with DirectX 12. Model selection is automatic based on the target hardware.
