Modders run AMD FSR 4.1.2 on Intel Arc GPUs via OptiScaler

The OptiScaler community has made AMD's FSR 4.1.2 upscaler run on Intel Arc cards using their XMX hardware. On an Arc B580 in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, FSR 4.1.2 Lite takes 0.59ms per frame versus 0.58ms for XeSS, while an Arc A770 hits 101.5fps in The Witcher 3 against 101.1fps for XeSS.

• FSR 4.1.2 Lite on Arc B580: 0.59ms vs 0.58ms for XeSS and 0.85ms for full FSR
• Arc A770 in The Witcher 3: 101.5fps with FSR Lite vs 101.1fps with XeSS
• The mod routes neural upscaling through Intel XMX instead of the DP4a fallback
• It targets DirectX 12 games and requires manual file replacement
