Appduct turns a running React Native app into an MCP server for AI agents

Szymon Chmal and Callstack launched Appduct on October 20: a running app becomes an MCP server, letting agents call functions like advance_time or seed_cart instead of tapping through screens. A day later @appduct/e2e wrapped existing e2e tests, and the tool works in Swift, Kotlin, Flutter and on the web.

• Appduct exposes app functions as MCP tools that AI agents can call
• Calling advance_time with 60 seconds fires a 9 a.m. reminder without waiting
• Connection runs via a local daemon and encrypted WebSocket with a single-use link
• Release builds leave the tool out unless developers opt in
