Xcode 27 won't launch 93% of React Native apps over UIScene change

From April 2027, apps uploaded to App Store Connect must be built with the iOS 27 SDK (Xcode 27), and apps that haven't adopted the UIKit scene life cycle fail to launch. A check of 628 open-source React Native and Expo apps found 583 (93%) haven't moved to scenes yet; React Native 0.88 and Expo SDK 58 add support.
