Expo SDK 58 beta adds iOS 27 support and faster build pipeline

Expo has released the SDK 58 beta with iOS 27 support and React Native 0.88 (Release Candidate). The beta runs three to four weeks and adds scene-based life cycle, App Intents for Siri, new Expo UI components, and EAS Observe integration.
