Laravel AI SDK exits beta alongside Laravel 13

With Laravel 13, the Laravel AI SDK became a stable first-party package offering a single provider-agnostic interface for text generation, tool-calling agents, embeddings, image generation, TTS and vector stores. Switching providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral or Ollama requires only an .env change.

• The package left beta on the same day as Laravel 13
• Supports OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral and local Ollama
• Switching providers takes one AI_PROVIDER line in .env
• Built-in AI::fake() and mocks for PHPUnit and Pest tests
