Otter adds Work mode to automate meeting-related tasks

Otter has added a Work mode to its AI Chat assistant for multi-step actions: generating briefing documents before meetings and drafting emails, documents and Salesforce updates after them. The feature is available to all paid Otter users with no usage limits and requires human approval before completing tasks.

• Work sits in the AI Chat prompt box next to the Chat option
• After meetings it drafts emails, Word/Notion docs, PDFs and web pages
• No usage limits, unlike Chat's monthly query quota
• Live Assist will reach all paid accounts in the coming weeks
