Huawei unveils VitaAAU antenna unit for U6GHz with RetinaMIMO

Huawei introduced VitaAAU, an active antenna unit for the upper 6GHz band, at its Decoding China 2026 event in Shanghai. The unit brings RetinaMIMO with 256 transmit and receive channels and over 1,500 antenna elements, supports peak user rates of 10Gbps and is already deployed in the UAE, Hong Kong and Macao.
