Moscow to restrict mobile internet during summits on October 27–29

Russia's Digital Development Ministry said mobile internet in central Moscow will be disrupted from October 27 to 29 during the Gas Exporting Countries Forum and Russia-Africa summits. Voice calls, Wi-Fi and sites on the government's internet whitelist will remain accessible.
