NoCap asks Kerala High Court to disclose order behind Facebook page block

Malayalam digital outlet NoCap has petitioned the Kerala High Court to compel authorities to produce and publish the order that blocked its Facebook page in India on September 28, 2026. NoCap was told only of a "notice from the Government of India/Law Enforcement" under Section 79(3)(b) of the IT Act, with no specific posts, authority or reason identified.
