MakeMyTrip: AI assistant Myra handles 3,000 bookings a day

MakeMyTrip said on its Q2 FY27 earnings call that its AI assistant Myra handles over 90,000 daily conversations and assists with 3,000 bookings a day. CEO Rajesh Magow argued general-purpose AI assistants like ChatGPT cannot replace travel platforms.
