Alibaba preps Qwen Go personal AI assistant for claims, bookings and shopping

Alibaba is preparing Qwen Go, a personal AI assistant that handles flight-delay compensation claims, shopping refunds, car-servicing appointments and sports-venue bookings. In a demo, it checked a user's flight history, secured RMB 70 in compensation via text support, and showed its actions on screen so the user could intervene.
