Paytm rolls out enterprise AI service to merchants

Paytm has started selling its AI platform to enterprise merchants, the company said in its Q2 FY27 earnings release. It did not name the service; Bloomberg previously reported it would be called Paytm Intelligence (Pi). The company plans to sell AI agents for sales, support and operations to banks, insurers and other financial institutions in India and the UAE.
