Cisco opens IQ platform to partners with MCP server and quantum-resilient Wi-Fi 7 AP
Cisco made Cisco IQ generally available to partners, adding an MCP server, expanded APIs and role-based access to customer telemetry. It also introduced Model Foundry with Deep Network 1.4 and Antares-3B models, the CW9176ISEC access point with CNSA 2.0 post-quantum security, and a wider Live Protect footprint.
- Cisco IQ has onboarded over 16,000 customers and 19 million devices since April
- CW9176ISEC is the first Wi-Fi 7 AP with quantum-resilient security aligned to CNSA 2.0
- Post-quantum over-the-air cryptography arrives in January across Cisco Wi-Fi 7 APs
- Live Protect now covers N9000, N9300, C9000 switches and CW9800 controllers
