Unreal Engine 5.8 adds Advanced Shader Delivery support on PC

Epic Games has added Microsoft's Advanced Shader Delivery to Unreal Engine 5.8, letting developers pre-build shaders for specific GPU families and download them before launch on Windows 11 PCs. This cuts launch-time shader compilation and in-game stutter. Epic Games Store support is planned for early 2027.
