Mojo 1.2 adds pattern matching and improves GPU support

Mojo 1.2 is out with match and case statements for pattern matching, including comptime match, if case and while case. More than 20 standard math functions now run on GPUs, and compiling the nn package dropped from 98 to 61 seconds.

• Compiling the nn package fell from 98 to 61 seconds, nearly 38% faster
• On Linux, jemalloc speeds up large GPU kernel builds by 10–13%
