Wine 11.20 fixes 24 bugs, improves ARM64EC support

The Wine Project released development version 11.20, adding relay debugging for ARM64EC, better XML validation, and moving CD-ROM support into the Mount Manager. The update fixes 24 reported issues, including Microsoft Office 2013's installer, QuickBooks 2008–2010, OneDrive, MusicBee, FL Studio, and games like Pure Pinball and Battlefield 1942.
