Gartner: 58% of I&O leaders prioritize scaling AI pilots

Gartner surveyed 272 infrastructure and IT operations leaders: 58% see scaling AI proofs of concept as a top priority for the next 12 months. The firm outlined five AI trends, including agentic AI and hybrid infrastructure, and warned of over 50% cost overruns with token-based pricing.
