Renesas launches RX74M and RX74N 600MHz industrial MCUs with MRAM
Renesas introduced the RX74M and RX74N, 32-bit RX-family MCUs built on a 22nm process with up to 1MB of embedded MRAM and a 600MHz RXv3e core. The RX74M adds dual Gigabit Ethernet, a TSN switch and EtherCAT, while the RX74N offers a single Gigabit Ethernet interface.
- RXv3e core up to 600MHz, up to 3,604 CoreMark, 1.5MB ECC SRAM
- Up to 1MB dual-bank code MRAM and 48KB data MRAM
- RX74M: 2x GbE, TSN switch, EtherCAT; RX74N: 1x GbE
- RSIP-E50D security, Protect Zone, EU CRA and PQC support
