Heroku enters sustaining engineering mode: no new features or Enterprise contracts

Salesforce has moved Heroku to a sustaining engineering model focused only on stability, security, reliability and support, with no new features. Enterprise Account contracts are no longer offered to new customers, while existing pricing and contracts remain unchanged. Investment is being redirected to enterprise AI products.
