Salesforce wins 15-year, £2B HMRC contract to modernize UK tax services

Salesforce has become HMRC's strategic ECRM provider under a 15-year contract worth up to £2 billion excluding VAT. The platform, built on Agentforce, Public Sector Solutions and Data 360, will consolidate legacy systems and give a unified view of interactions for 34 million citizens and 5 million businesses.
