KDE Plasma 6.9 enables Wayland picture-in-picture by default

KDE Plasma 6.9 will ship with Wayland picture-in-picture enabled by default. Windows will also remember their sizes and positions per screen arrangement, and XWayland apps can be permanently denied pointer and keyboard control.
