AI model RFD4-Proteina speeds up protein design 5–10x

The Institute for Protein Design, in collaboration with Nvidia, unveiled RFD4-Proteina, a unified generative model for designing new protein sequences and structures. Computational design success rates are five to 10 times higher than earlier models, and candidates are generated five to 10 times faster.
